Back to School

Yesterday Elkin had his first day of preschool for the year! This year he will be going half days five days a week which will be a big jump up from the two days a week he went last year. He loves school and has been very impatient for school to start back up again.

He was very excited about his new Thomas the Train backpack.



The bus is here! Elkin was so excited to be able to ride a bus to school this year.

After his first day at school Mami & Papi anxiously awaited for the bus to arrive. Here it is!

So how was the first day of school? Well we think it went well. We still have quite a hard time with the language barrier when he tries to tell us about something we weren't there during. He told us "Juice, Milk and Hamburger" and that's about it. The good news is he wants to back today so we will assume everything went well yesterday!
